Editions and modules

This page says what each edition includes, read from the product’s own licensing catalogue. Prices, terms and how to buy are not set out here; ask OTB.

Edition Customer-facing name in the product
Starter Deliver
Standard Assure
Enterprise Enterprise

The licence file and the database carry the internal name (starter, standard, enterprise); the product shows the customer-facing name wherever it names an edition.

All five stages are present in every edition: Assess, Decide, Deliver, Steer and Prove. What differs is whether specific modules inside a stage are licensed; the stage itself is never absent. Signing in and your own account are available in every edition.

Stage What it is for
Assess Where we stand, measured against a framework somebody else already agreed, so the answer is defensible.
Decide What we are going to do about it, and what that will cost.
Deliver Do the work that was scoped, and govern every change to it.
Steer Are we getting what we said we would, for what we said it would cost.
Prove Show it was done, and that somebody with the authority to say so accepted it.

Decide works on the entry edition with no Assess module: items are raised directly and triaged on the same board.

There is no seat or user limit in the licensing model. The only limit a licence carries is its own term end date.

“Included” means the edition grants the module by default. “Add-on” means it can also, or only, be bought on top, whatever the edition.

  • Assess module. Framework assessments (CAF, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, DORA, custom), the assessments run against them, the findings they raise and evidence attached to a finding.
  • Tracker integration. Two-way sync with Jira or Azure DevOps through a scoped token. See Jira and Azure DevOps.
  • White-labelling. Your own product name, logo and accent colour across the sign-in page, the app, outbound email and the board pack, and export of the board pack or an assessment into your own branded PowerPoint template.
  • Advisor. AI assistance over the programme, on your own model keys. See Advisor looking further.
  • Custom declared statuses and threshold tuning. Add your own declared-status types beyond the shipped four, and retune the thresholds behind derived status.
  • Configurable sign-off chain. Reconfigure who signs off a deliverable and in what order.
  • Configurable change-approval path. Reconfigure which conditions require extra approval, and set a per-workstream approval path.
